Shipping policy

All orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via UPS, Canada Post or a Local Courier.  Typical shipping times are between 1-5 business days for local and regional shipping and up to 7 business days for shipments to the USA.  Delivery times are based upon business volume and product availability.  If you require faster shipping or insurance please contact us via the NOTE section on the checkout page or e-mail us at info@soapcraftersco.com   All additional courier charges will be applied on order.  

​We do not provide refunds, replacements or credit for parcels that are lost/damaged in transit.  By placing an order with us, you accept that it will be subjected to the terms and conditions set by UPS, Canada Post or a Local Courier with regards to insurance and compensation for delays, damage or loss of shipments. 

​All shipments will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been fully processed.

 

CUSTOM & IMPORT TAXES

Customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.  Soap Crafters Co. is not responsible for delays due to customs.
